We want to provide you with a clearer way of communicating with us, a way we can enable you to provide suggestions and improvements so we can make your holiday home experience a better one! We also know that sometimes things go wrong and you need some support with your holiday home from a small maintenance issue to a complaint.

After listening to our owners we have introduced a simple new way of executing all these ideas. Now you can make a 'Park Suggestion', report a 'Park or Property Issue''Make a complaint' and 'Pay us a Compliment' all in one place with our Owners Support portal. This can be done by clicking the Owners Support section on this website - its so easy!

Each of our customers is important to us and we believe you have the right to a fair, swift and courteous service at all times. Tingdene recognises the value in complaints and will accept complaints openly. A complaint is seen as an opportunity to review and evaluate the service we deliver and provide.

Our complaint procedure is clear and precise and we hope that it will provide you, our customer the confidence that your complaint will be treated confidentially and with no retribution.
